Event: 2nd Annual RVA Sneaker Fest – Day 1

When: RVA SneakerFest Art Gala from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. (21+). Can’t make the gala? Enjoy free viewings from 5:00pm to 9:00pm in conjunction with RVA First Fridays.

Where: Black Iris, 321 W. Broad St.

What: Celebrate the Richmond sneaker culture with an art gallery show featuring several artists during RVA First Fridays. Artists include: Justice Studios, Esoteric Fresh, Maplife Visuals, Pablo Precasso, Steve’s Art 4 U, Nae Custom Kicks, D’Shay Like Da Vinci, Jay Bordeaux, James Saunders, Tony Brooks, Sandi Schimmel Gold and Ryan Azia. SneakerFest showcases Richmond-area designers and gives attendees the opportunity to buy, sell and trade sneakers. This event will benefit Girls For A Change. Tickets on sale Friday, Sept. 9.
